AdventPro collects information to provide better services to the Adventist community across our ecosystem (AdventCare, AdventBoard, AdventEvent, AdventGroups, and AdventChurch). This includes profile information (name, email), organizational data, and usage statistics.
Your data is used solely to manage your church memberships, applications within the hub, pastoral tracking, board voting, event ticketing, and small group scaling. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is strictly siloed per organizational unit based on the permissions established in AdventChurch.
We implement enterprise-grade encryption and security protocols to protect all sensitive records, especially tithes, disciplinary records, and data of minors (Aventureros, Conquistadores) per Adventist Risk Management child-protection policy.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We comply with GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and FERPA where applicable.
