By using adventpro.org or any of our applications (AdventChurch, AdventEvents, AdventBoard, AdventCare and AdventHome) you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. AdventPro is operated by Kevin Paredes, currently as a sole proprietor (entity in formation); in these terms, “we” and “AdventPro” refer to him.
AdventPro provides digital tools for Adventist organizations and, with AdventHome, for families: household communication, album, lists, calendar, spiritual life, household finances and family location sharing. We may add, change or retire features to improve the service.
You must provide truthful information and keep your access confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account. In AdventHome, the household is managed by an adult (administrator) who controls membership; in the institutional apps, roles are managed by your organization.
You keep all rights to the content you upload (photos, messages, posts, documents). You grant us a limited license to host it and display it only to your household or organization — what is needed to operate the service.
Uploading content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, impersonating, harmful to others or copyright-infringing is prohibited.
You can report inappropriate content directly from the apps. The household administrator can remove members from their household. We may review reports and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
AdventHome Pro is purchased in-app through the App Store or Google Play. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Institutional plans are purchased on adventpro.org and billed with Stripe.
Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects your renewal. For refunds and cancellation of institutional plans, see Refunds and cancellation; AdventHome purchases are refunded through Apple or Google.
Some features use third-party AI models to assist you (for example, reading a receipt and suggesting an amount, merchant and date). They are an aid, not a replacement for your judgment: review the result before saving it, since it may contain errors. Do not attempt to breach the platform's security, access other households' or organizations' data, automate bulk data extraction, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
AdventPro's software, design and trademarks belong to us. Quoted denominational content belongs to its owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights over them to you.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.
You agree to be responsible for third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or from content you uploaded in breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to AdventPro's place of operation, without prejudice to consumer-protection rights your own country grants you that cannot be waived. Before starting a formal proceeding, we will seek to resolve any dispute directly and in good faith with you.
This clause will be updated with the specific jurisdiction once AdventPro completes forming its legal entity.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, giving notice unless there is a security emergency.
These terms are complemented by: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Subprocessors, Security, Refunds and cancellation, and Use of artificial intelligence.
If we change these terms in a material way, we will announce it on the site or inside the apps before the change takes effect.
