Applies to institutional plans purchased directly on adventpro.org and billed through Stripe: Church Bundle, individual AdventCare (pastor), and conference plans.
You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge (initial or renewal). We refund the portion proportional to the unused time in the billed period. After 14 days, the charge is non-refundable unless applicable law grants you a different right that cannot be waived.
Write to billing@adventpro.org with your organization's name and the date of the charge. We process eligible requests within 5 to 10 business days, returning the amount to the same payment method used on Stripe.
The extra-church add-on for pastors (pastor_extra_church) follows the same 14-day prorated rule. Quoted conference plans (flat annual rate) are evaluated case by case, since they usually include specific negotiated terms.
You can cancel your institutional subscription at any time from the billing panel on adventpro.org. Cancellation stops future renewal; you keep access through the end of the period already paid for, unless you also request a refund within 14 days.
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with the date at the top before it applies to new charges.
